Frequently asked questions
My guys don't want to be tracked.
They aren't. Location is recorded only at clock-in, to prove presence at the address: no continuous tracking, no trip history. One exception: on the way to a customer, the crew lead's phone sends at most one point per minute, shown to the customer as the truck approaches and erased on arrival. And their hours are proven, breaks included: that protects them too.
Does every mover need a smartphone?
No. The crew lead can clock in each crew member from their own phone, and it's logged. Anyone with a smartphone clocks in themselves via a simple link, no app to install.
How long does it take to get started?
An hour. You enter your rates, add your crew, and your first job is ready. Crew members get a link, nothing to install.
Will my crew leads play along?
They win too: no more sheets to fill in, no more arguing hours with the customer, and their working time is proven, breaks included.
What if the crew forgets to clock in?
