Frequently asked questions
My movers aren't comfortable with technology. Will it work?
Yes. One step, one big button. The app guides the crew lead from departure to return, in English, French or Dutch. Nothing to install from a store: a link is enough.
What if there's no network?
Clock-ins and photos are kept on the phone and sent automatically as soon as the network is back, with the actual time of each action.
Are my crews tracked all the time?
No. Location is recorded only at the moment of a clock-in, to prove presence at the address. The only exception: on the way to the customer, the customer sees the truck approaching, then the position is erased.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Export it whenever you like. It is hosted in Europe and isolated from other customers' data.
